Their communication was clear, responsive, and incredibly organized—every question was answered with care, every detail confirmed, and nothing ever felt overlooked. The service was truly exceptional. All four meals were prepped ahead, yet thoughtfully cooked and beautifully served on site using only the freshest ingredients. The flavors, presentation, and quality were simply outstanding—each dinner went well beyond incredible, and every meal was beyond our expectations. Our Thanksgiving feast was the crown jewel—an unbelievably delicious spread that exceeded anything we could have imagined. We are so grateful for the level of excellence they brought to our family gathering. A special thank you to Chef Alexis, who prepared 3 of the 4 meals—your passion, talent, and attention to detail made each dish unforgettable. A birthday party for 12 was our first opportunity to try Desert Dine and we were amazed. Working with owner James to create a menu was a pleasure but that was only the beginning. The chef and server who arrived could not have been more professional or easy to work with. Food was outstanding — rave reviews from all the guests. Everything was cleaned up perfectly, leftovers put away, and the kitchen immaculate. It was very exciting for us to find a caterer of this quality. We will definitely be repeat clients.
I cannot say enough good things!! James and Freedom were amazing! So kind and Accommodating to our group. We wanted a very special meal for my wife’s 50th at a home that we rented in PS. James at Desert Dine Catering really came through with a gorgeous and delicious Mediterranean experience. The food and presentation were fantastic (especially the chicken and steak). Claudia, our server and our chef were fantastic. It was seamless, and they left everything cleaner than when they arrived (even the bbq!). We would highly recommend Desert Dine for your next special event! What a great night! We had the best experience with chef Alexis and Lisa. The service was incredible. The entire meal from appetizers to dessert was delicious. What can I say… I hired desert Dine for my best friends 60th birthday party… first of all the food was fabulous, we had the steak house menu, it was so delicious and all my 26 guests couldn’t get enough. Let’s talk about service… delightful, friendly, attentive, seriously I loved them all. They cooked, served and cleaned up, all while smiling!! I am so glad I found Desert Dine!!! We had an outstanding experience working with Desert Dine during our stay in Coachella. They went above and beyond to create a fantastic food experience for our group, making sure every dietary need and preference was thoughtfully accommodated. Everything was handled professionally and seamlessly, which made a big difference for our team of athletes. The quality of the food was excellent, and the variety worked well for a group with diverse needs. Athletes are still talking about the steak and crab cakes, definitely a highlight of the trip! Absolutely phenomenal. Our expectations were exceeded. I mean, our Airbnb ran our or garbage bags and the owner drove 15 minutes to the grocery store to bring us back more AFTER they were done for the night. The entire staff was beyond kind. So friendly. White glove service, the food was fantastic. Absolutely incredible. Anybody who books this company is lucky to have this crew for their event. I am just truly blown away. You all should be so proud of your team. Every single one of you made the day so special. This is the best dinner service I’ve experienced for an event.
